Who we are
Automently is a software house in Lahore, Pakistan. This website is run by Automently, and you can reach us at contact@automently.org or on WhatsApp +92 321 0007885.
What we collect
- When you contact us (contact form, call-back request, chat booking card): your name, how to reach you (email, phone or WhatsApp), your business and website if you give them, the service you are interested in, your budget and timeline if you choose them, and your message.
- When you book a call: the booking is made in Calendly, which collects your name, email and the answers you type. Calendly tells us the time you picked.
- When you use the free audit: the website address you enter. We read that site's public homepage to score it. Nothing is saved unless you ask for the full report, which then counts as contacting us.
- When you leave feedback: what you write in the feedback form. It is published only with your permission and after we check it.
- When you chat with the assistant: the conversation stays in your browser tab and is not stored by us. If the AI assistant is switched on, your messages are sent to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the replies.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange and hold the call, send the report or proposal you asked for, and follow up. If you contact us through a form, we may send up to three short follow-up emails over the next two weeks. Every one has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your details or add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the website work, each for its own part:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores inquiries and bookings. If our team keeps a copy of inquiries in a Google Sheet, they are copied there too.
- Calendly handles call bookings, and Google Meet, Zoom or Jitsi host the video call.
- Our email provider sends confirmations, reports and follow-ups, and alerts our team by email or WhatsApp when you get in touch.
- Anthropic processes chat messages when the AI assistant is on.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): only if you accept the cookie notice, the Meta Pixel measures which ads brought visitors, and a sign-up is reported to Meta to measure ad results.
Cookies and browser storage
The website itself sets no tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme, your cookie choice and your chat in your own browser. The Meta Pixel runs only after you accept it. The Calendly calendar, once it loads, may set its own cookies as described in Calendly's privacy policy.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep inquiry details while we are talking with you and afterwards as a record of the conversation. You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time: email contact@automently.org and we will do it and confirm.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are welcome; book a call or email us.
